Long Answer:

Mess and untidiness

Don't worry about this at all. One of the best bits of selling your home to us is not needing to worry about getting your home ready for viewings.

Because the house will be cleared when the sale goes through, messiness and untidiness won't affect anything - so don't worry about that!

Poor condition and property problems

If the property is in very poor condition and needs a lot of work, you still don't need to worry about it. We'll buy your home in its current condition.

We do this by factoring the cost of repairs in when we make our offer. Then all the repairs, refurbishments and upgrades become our problem.

This is much easier and quicker than needing to make all the repairs yourself.
